4. How long we retain your data

• Enquiry data (non-enrolment): Retained for up to 12 months from the date of your last contact, then deleted.
• Programme participant data: Retained for 5 years following completion of your programme, for administrative and legal purposes. After this period, identifiable records are deleted or anonymised.
• Financial records (where applicable): Retained for 7 years in accordance with Singapore's accounting and tax obligations.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and non-identifiable after 26 months.

5. Third-party services we use

We work with the following categories of third-party service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:

• Website analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Data is aggregated and pseudonymised. Google's data processing terms apply.
• Email infrastructure: We use a third-party email service to send and receive messages. This provider processes message content and email metadata.
