These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Havenridge website and your participation in Havenridge educational programmes. By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

Throughout this document:

• "Havenridge," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Havenridge, operating from 25 North Bridge Road, #08-03 EFG Bank Building, Singapore 179104.
• "You" or "participant" refers to the individual accessing the website or enrolled in a programme.
• "Programme" refers to any structured financial education course offered by Havenridge.
• "Website" refers to the Havenridge website at crisprfinancialnews.info.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, along with any enrolment confirmation and additional terms communicated at the time of enrolment.
• "Content" means all materials, workbooks, documents, and resources provided as part of a programme.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
• If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you have their authority to do so and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Our services

Havenridge provides financial education services in the form of structured group programmes and related one-to-one advisory sessions (where included in the programme). Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute:

• Financial advice as defined under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore.
• Investment management or portfolio management services.
• Insurance broking or product recommendation.

Nothing shared during our programmes should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product. Participants are encouraged to seek independent regulated advice before making financial decisions.

4. Enrolment and programme access

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Havenridge.
• Programme materials and session access are provided to the enrolled participant and are not transferable to third parties.
• We reserve the right to adjust session dates, facilitators, or format where circumstances require. We will provide reasonable notice and, where a change is material, offer an alternative cohort date or refund.
• Participants who are absent from a session will be provided with session notes where practicable, but we cannot replicate group discussion experiences.

5. Fees and payment

• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the first session, unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed.
• Payment is accepted via methods communicated at the time of enrolment. Card payments are processed by a third-party provider; Havenridge does not store payment credentials.
• Havenridge reserves the right to adjust programme fees for future cohorts. Fee changes do not affect participants who have already enrolled.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation by participant (14 or more days before the first session): Full refund, less a SGD 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellation by participant (7–13 days before the first session): 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Cancellation by participant (less than 7 days before the first session): No refund. You may, with Havenridge's agreement, transfer your enrolment to a future cohort of the same programme.
• Cancellation by Havenridge: In the event that Havenridge cancels a programme cohort, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, priority enrolment in the next available cohort.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided as part of Havenridge programmes — including workbooks, digital materials, templates, slides, and written frameworks — is the intellectual property of Havenridge. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own learning purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish programme materials without written consent from Havenridge.
• Use materials for commercial purposes, including teaching, resale, or incorporation into other educational products.
• Remove or obscure any attribution or copyright notices in the materials.

8. Participant conduct

To maintain a respectful and productive environment for all participants, you agree to:

• Treat fellow participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect.
• Keep confidential any personal financial information shared by other participants during sessions.
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without the prior written consent of Havenridge and all participants present.
• Use website and digital platforms provided by Havenridge for their intended purpose only.

Havenridge reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or breaches these obligations.

9. Disclaimers

Havenridge provides educational content to the best of its knowledge and reasonable care. However:

• We do not warrant that programme content will be suitable for every participant's individual circumstances.
• Financial regulations, tax rules, and CPF policies change over time. While we review content regularly, we cannot represent that every detail remains current at the time of your participation.
• We make no representation that applying programme content will result in specific financial outcomes. Individual results depend on personal circumstances, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
• The website and its content are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Havenridge's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your programme participation or use of the website shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of profits or investment losses, however arising.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Havenridge harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website or programme materials in a manner not permitted by this Agreement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice. Havenridge may terminate with immediate effect where a participant's conduct breaches these terms. Upon termination, your access to programme materials ends and Havenridge's obligation to deliver further sessions ceases, subject to any applicable refund provisions.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Havenridge in relation to your use of our services, superseding any prior communications or representations.

15. Changes to these terms

Havenridge may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, communicate them to enrolled participants by email. Continued enrolment or use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
